Fox has begun launching new spots called Tivo-busters spots designed to be effective even when viewers are Tivo’n though them.

It’s all about filming in slow motion and choosing key frames for big bold type.

With marketers asking agencies to bill less and do more, I wonder if being able to craft these kind of spots will put some agencies in high demand?
